The Context
Architect of SIS
Pınar was born in Van, Turkey in 1989. Her childhood spanned the Eastern Anatolia-Aegean corridor. Every chapter of her life has been marked by major relocations, diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and long journeys. After completing her early education in Denizli, she moved to Ankara in 2006 for her undergraduate studies at Hacettepe University. She began her career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2010, serving in key positions at the Turkish Embassies in Colombo, Sri Lanka (2013) and Lima, Peru (2017). At the end of 2020, she left her diplomatic career to embark on a journey of self-discovery. During this period, she specialized in Career and Human Resources Management, and the use of AI in business processes and employee wellbeing. In 2024, she completed her master's degree at Rome Business School. You can explore Pınar's key turning points below.

Why Pınar Atik
and Why SIS?
Because the new world needs new leaders who champion new ideas. In the age of AI, success is impossible without understanding communication, context awareness, and human-AI-culture dynamics. The guides of the new world will be "multipotential, multitalented" individuals who have first tested different paths and methods on themselves, earning their wisdom through experience.

What SIS Is — and What It's Not
• SIS is not a coaching or pseudo-therapy methodology. It assumes the person or organization has reached a certain maturity and wants to know their situation in its most naked truth.
• SIS is not advice or decision-making consultancy; rather, it's a service of diagnosis, observation, mapping, and presenting options.
• SIS is not a static, closed system. Those who work with us in the Synthesis Lab are expected to understand, question, and transform the system.
